I have read and agree to the 4DWN Venue Rental Agreement.

I understand that this application is not a guaranteed approval of a 4DWN event. Your application is subject to an approval committee. You will be notified of your application status within 14 days of your application date.

Upon approval, a rental contract will be provided to you. You must return the signed contract within 72 hours of delivery, along with your non-refundable deposit of 25% of total contracted cost.

If your event is not approved, you will be notified of our decision within 14 days of your application date.
